Star India elevates Krishnan Kutty as GM English cluster & Infotainment

According to highly place sources, Star India has been planning for a restructuring for quite some time. In a strategic move, Star India elevates Krishnan Kutty as the General Manager. In his new role Kutty will handle the English cluster and infotainment channels. Kutty was earlier serving as the Head of Distribution at Star India.

Kutty joined Star India in 2005 as the Vice president-Research and On air and was later promoted as EVP- Distribution. Last year in April 2015, Kutty was elevated as the Head of Distribution.

Kutty holds 17 years of experience and he had served at leading brands such as He JWT, Mindshare, GroupM, Hutch, NDTV and Vodafone.
